Sri Ram Exams (Exam2.in) prepares educational content for competitive-examination aspirants. Our editorial goal is to make information accurate, exam-relevant, clearly explained and traceable to reliable sources.
1. Source priority
For current affairs, examination information and policy-related content, we prioritise primary and authoritative sources wherever possible. These may include UPSC, State Public Service Commissions, SSC, PIB, Parliament, ministries and departments, RBI, constitutional and statutory bodies, official reports, government datasets and recognised public institutions.
2. Current Affairs
Current Affairs articles should do more than repeat news. We aim to identify why an issue matters, explain the background, connect it with the examination syllabus, highlight important facts, distinguish analysis from sourced information and provide relevant primary-source references.
3. MCQs and question explanations
MCQs are prepared to test concepts, current-affairs linkage, elimination skills and examination-style reasoning. Explanations should identify the correct answer, explain why statements are right or wrong where appropriate, and provide a useful learning takeaway. Current-affairs-based questions should use reliable sources.
4. Previous Year Questions
PYQs are presented for educational practice, analysis and pattern recognition. Where an official answer key or official question paper is available, it is treated as the primary reference. Educational explanations added by Sri Ram Exams are our own analysis unless explicitly attributed otherwise.
5. Mains Answer Writing
Mains questions and model answers are prepared to help students understand the demand of a question, relevant dimensions, examples, evidence, structure and balanced conclusions. A model answer is a learning aid, not the only possible valid answer.
6. Fact-checking process
Before publishing important factual claims, we aim to verify names, dates, figures, institutional roles and policy details against reliable sources. When multiple credible sources differ, the difference should be acknowledged rather than hidden.
7. Corrections
If a factual, source, language or explanation error is identified after publication, we aim to review it promptly and correct the content when warranted. Readers can report issues through the Contact page. Significant corrections may also result in an updated publication or revision date.
8. Editorial independence and advertising
Advertising, sponsorship or commercial relationships do not determine our exam answers, factual conclusions or editorial analysis. Advertisements should remain visually and functionally separate from educational content.
9. AI-assisted workflows
Technology and AI tools may be used to assist drafting, formatting, language support, research organisation or quality checks. Educational responsibility remains with the publishing workflow, and important factual claims should be verified against appropriate sources before publication.
10. Language quality
We aim to keep English clear and exam-oriented and Hindi readable in Devanagari. Where Hindi content is displayed, unnecessary Roman-script English should be avoided so that Hindi-medium learners receive a consistent reading experience.
11. Conflict of interest
Where a commercial or promotional relationship could reasonably affect how a reader interprets content, it should be disclosed clearly.
12. Reader responsibility
For official examination rules, eligibility, application deadlines, results and legal or statutory information, readers should always verify the final position from the competent authority.
